Grant Application Cover Sheet
The Angel Fire Community Foundation provides grants to non-profit community-based organizations for projects in Moreno Valley communities. Grant applicants must have an IRS status as a non-profit organization and submit the following:
1. Grant Request Form
2. Current Year Operating Budget
3. Funding Request Summary
4. A copy of the IRS designation as non-profit
Once the above forms are complete, please submit them by fax to (575)377-7279 or email to email@example.com. Only completed submissions will be considered.
